Platform Fees
When you add funds to your OneRouter account, we take a small fee, known as the “Services Fees”, to cover the costs of credit card transaction fees, currency conversion fees, taxes etc. The net funds will be topped up your balance account.
For Community Users

For Enterprise Users
+3% / per transaction
The platform services fee is calculated on the total order value and collected when the order is placed.
Eg. For a customer buying a $50 credits find the detailed pricing breakdown:

We pass through the pricing of the underlying model providers without any markup, so you pay the same rate as you would directly with the provider.

For our enterprise customers, we offer tiered discounts based on your actual monthly usage – with savings of up to 30% off regular pricing!

For business users, unused account balance is eligible for a full refund with no processing fees.
